How do we get our daughter or son additional individual training before the season starts?
The HIT Squad is part of the HIT (House Instruction & Training) Program which is the very first program in the country that offers professional individual instruction to House baseball and softball players and team instruction to House and Travel teams in Lancaster, Depew, and throughout Western New York.
The HIT Squad Roster is loaded with many in-house baseball and softball instructors that range from top local high school players and high school coaches to current and former college baseball and softball players.
The first HIT Squad thirty (30) minute lesson is Free for new clients and each additional lesson ranges between $20 - $45 depending on the level of instruction.

G-Force Sports Performance Training LLC has been training athletics for 7 years at the Lancaster-Depew Baseball Training Facility. Training sessions include proper warm up, functional exercises that include strength, power, core, flexibility, agility and proper nutrition concepts, along with proper cool down and mobility exercises.
