Batting Cage Permits
The batting cages can be reserved by sending an email to LancasterDepewBaseball@Yahoo.com . This must be done by a manger or coach. Please provide your name, age level, team name, phone number and desired date and time. If you do not reserve a time slot, you run the risk of getting bumped from the batting cages by another team that reserved a time slot.
PLEASE REQUEST OUT AT LEAST 3 DAYS IN THE FUTURE
The cages are availble using this on-line reservation process.
Starting May 10th, batting cages will be assigned from 6-7PM and 7-8PM (by email request only).
We have two cages. It is possible teams can be booked for one side of the cages each in an attempt to get all teams a turn at using the cages. If you are the only team scheduled, you can use both cages.
Please make sure you return all baseballs and pitching machines after completing your time slot, unless another team is already present to start using them. DO NOT ASSUME another team will show up at a later time slot, just because they are on the schedule. If they don't, we run the risk of losing the baseballs and possibly the pitching machines themselves.
